• User Preferences: To persist your custom settings (e.g., calculation conventions, juristic settings) locally on your device.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer your personal data or prayer records to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may work with trusted third-party service providers (such as Google Firebase Analytics or Google Play Services) that assist us in operating and analyzing the Application. These third parties access non-identifiable data strictly to perform tasks on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect user safety.

4. Data Security & Storage

• Local Storage: Your personal prayer history and application settings remain on your local device.
• Data Transmission: Any network requests (such as fetching prayer times or sending crash analytics) are transmitted securely using HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• Data Retention: Since your data is stored locally, it remains on your device until you clear the Application's cache/data or uninstall the Application.

5. Data Deletion & User Control

You retain full control over your data:

• Location Access: You can enable or disable location permissions at any time through your mobile device's settings menu.
• Data Deletion: You can delete all tracked prayer logs and stored data by clearing the Application data in your device's Settings > Apps > Namaz Tracker > Storage > Clear Data, or by uninstalling the Application.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
